Refund & Exchange

We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is fulfilled. Please inspect your order upon collection, as no changes can be made after that.

For delivery orders, if your item arrives damaged, contact us within one hour of receiving it. Refunds or exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

We are not responsible for any damage if you request your order to be left at your doorstep.

Size of the Bouquet?

Approximately 1.4 meters in height with a 1-meter wide wave at its broadest point.

Flower Care Tips

Keep your flowers dry and away from moisture. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and humid environments—store them in a cool, dry place.

Handle with care and keep them away from sharp objects to prevent damage. Avoid shaking or rough handling to maintain their shape and beauty.

Is Self-Collection Available?

Yes! Self-collection is available at our studio by appointment. Please book in advance to ensure we’re available during your visit.

We also offer flexible delivery options—feel free to reach out, and we’ll take note of every detail to make sure your order arrives right on time.

When will my Bouquet Arrive?

Upon ordering, it will take 3 business days for processing. Shipping details will be provided once the bouquet is on its way to you.

Why does my item look different from the listing?

Each arrangement is uniquely crafted, so slight variations may occur. Please allow for minor differences between the actual product and photos, as no two pieces are exactly the same.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for these variations.
